FuturePlus Super - Individual Super 
You can join FuturePlus Super directly, rather than through your work or employer. As a member of FuturePlus Super Individual, a
financial planner can help you select the most appropriate investment strategy. FuturePlus Super gives you access to
financial planning, free investment switching and full portability,
so if you change jobs, you can take your superannuation with you.
 FuturePlus Super Individual provides optional insurance cover to members for:
death only; and
death and total & permanent disability; and
salary continuance
All levels of cover require completion of the Personal Statement form (in the PDS or forms section of the website).
Members working less than 15 hrs per week can only apply for death cover, while members working between 15 and 19 hours per week can only apply for:
death only; and
death and total & permanent disability cover
FuturePlus Super also provides protection for small member accounts in accordance with Commonwealth requirements
and retains discretion to transfer a members small account balance to the AUSfund eligible
rollover fund. You can also make contributions on behalf of your spouse.
